ZenProg Remote: 8. About and support

The About page (Figure 42), reachable from the side bar, gathers the information and the support tools of the application:

  • Manual: The “User manual” button allows you to access the ZenProg Remote user guide.
  • Support: the “Download logs” button saves a file with the operation logs of the application. In the event of any incident, this file must be attached to the enquiry sent to the Zennio technical support (https://support.zennio.com).
  • Licences: copyright information and the “Download licences” button, which saves the text of the open source licences of the third-party components included in the application.
  • The installed version, in the bottom right corner.
